Questions, answered.

Does it cost money to become a Featured AIR Coach?

No. There is no fee to become a Featured AIR Coach. Selected coaches contribute their expertise by creating a complimentary AIR Quest and participating professionally in the community.

Do I have to become AIR-certified?

No. Featured Coaches can maintain their own business, website, methodology and professional certifications. AIR certification is an optional advanced development pathway.

What is the difference between Featured AIR Coach and AIR Business Builder?

A Featured Coach receives visibility through AIR and links visitors back to their existing business. Business Builder clients receive an enhanced professional presence built inside the AIR platform plus Business Builder Lite development.

What happens after my first Business Builder year?

The annual premium-platform renewal is $500. Coaches who do not renew can return to the standard Featured Coach level, subject to current participation requirements.

Do I have to already be a certified coach?

Not necessarily for Featured Coach status. Experience, expertise, results and professional readiness will all be considered. Certain advanced AIR programs may establish additional prerequisites.

Will AIR guarantee clients or income?

No. AIR creates visibility, training, infrastructure, relationships and opportunities designed to help strong coaches build stronger businesses. What you do with those opportunities matters.

Can AIR Coaches refer business to each other?

Yes. AIR is intentionally developing a referral and collaboration ecosystem so appropriate business opportunities can circulate throughout the network. Specific eligibility, compensation and referral rules are governed by AIR's current agreements and policies.

How do I become a Master Coach?

Master Coach is an advanced status. Candidates must meet AIR standards around coaching excellence, results, contribution, professionalism, business maturity and leadership. Participation in earlier AIR programs alone does not guarantee Master Coach status.
