Becoming a Featured AIR Coach begins with a simple application because we want to learn more than what’s on your résumé. We want to understand who you serve, the transformation you create, and the vision you have for your coaching business.
Our selection process is intentionally designed around mutual fit.
This is not a hard-sell process, and submitting an application does not obligate you to purchase a program or service. Our goal is to get to know you, understand where you want to take your coaching business, and determine whether your vision, values, and goals align with what we are building at AIR.
We are looking for coaches who want to create meaningful results for their clients, build sustainable businesses, collaborate with other exceptional professionals, and contribute to a community where success creates more success.
What Happens After You Apply?
Once your application is submitted, our team will review your experience, expertise, coaching philosophy, business vision, and potential alignment with the AIR ecosystem.
If we believe there may be a strong fit, a member of the AIR team will personally contact you to schedule time to connect.
That conversation gives us an opportunity to learn more about you—and gives you an opportunity to learn more about AIR, ask questions, and determine whether this community is right for you.
There is no expectation that every Featured AIR Coach will pursue AIR Business Builder, certification, or Master Coach status. You can begin by simply being Featured and decide what comes next as your relationship with AIR grows.
