The Strengths You Need May Already Be In Motion
Discover the strengths that have been guiding your leadership all along.
Join The Strength Principle 5-Day Challenge. In just 15 minutes a day, you will collect evidence of your strengths, understand how others experience your leadership, apply your strengths with greater intention, and create a plan to use them in your career and with your team.
You Already Have the Strength. Now It Is Time To Recognize It!
Many leaders can describe their job responsibilities, accomplishments, and experience. But when asked how they naturally create value, they may struggle to answer.
During this five-day experience, Coach Deborah Edwards and Lead Detective Ava will guide you through a practical investigation of your leadership. You will examine the moments, energy, feedback, and patterns that reveal the leader you have been all along.
